JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
A.I. Interiors is excited to have another design enthusiast join our team! The role of Junior Designer is
responsible for working within a team environment, collaborating directly with their Principal Designer and Procurement Manager. The successful candidate will be comfortable working on multiple projects
simultaneously, helping clients of various size and scale to achieve their design goals. As a small but mighty team, our ideal candidate will be willing to work collaboratively and “roll with the punches”.
RESPONSIBILTIES & DUTIES
● Assisting Principal Designer with the execution of all project goals throughout all design phases.
● Independently formulate designs under the guidance of the Principal Designer.
● Work independently on pricing furniture & materials for clients and create client proposals.
● Take initiative, problem solve, collaborate & communicate effectively with the team
● Prioritize tasks and coordinate completion of projects
● Maintain vendor relationships and maintain the Studio library materials
● Development of furniture packages
● Develop, prepare and produce quality presentations and prepare senior designer and team for
client presentations
● Assist with furniture installations
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
QUALIFICATIONS
● Must be detail-oriented
● Previous experience with space planning and detailed measurements
● Amazing communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to be assertive and clear with vendors and subcontractors.
● Must have a reliable car with a valid drivers license
● Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
● Excellent knowledge of applications such as Google Drive, Word, and Excel.
● Adobe Photoshop: 1+ years (Preferred)
● Interior design: 2+ years (Preferred)
● AutoCAD or equivalent: 1+ years (Preferred)

A.I. Interiors, led by principal Angela Ireland, is a Denver-based residential interior design firm. Angela has always had a mind for design. She launched her interior design and decor business in 2005, and since then has completed hundreds of residential design assignments throughout the state. Her professional experience encompasses everything from Traditional Design to one of her personal favorites, Colorado Modern. Our office boasts a creative and team-oriented atmosphere, and we are excited to welcome our newest addition!
